Based in Copenhagen/Denmark, Unisport has provided premium service to football players and fans, across the globe for 25 years. Besides running premium flagship stores in Paris and Copenhagen, Unisport is operating local webshops in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria as well as a global webshop. Unisport has signed a long-term agreement with the Norwegian Football Federation to become the official Retail partner of the federation as of 2021.

We are now looking for a Teamsales Representative Norway to join our team!

In your role as Teamsales Representative you will work on accelerating our Teamsales business and executing our teamsales strategy, together with the Teamsales Lead in Norway. Ideally based in the Greater Oslo area, you will be using your office in Norway as a hub, but be on the road to meet clubs just as often as possible.

We expect you to be highly motivated, eager to accelerate the business in Norway, and able to turn insights into actions. We require that you love to work as a part of a team, and that you are able to translate your ideas and knowledge into hands on execution.


- Meet potential new football clubs and win them as customers

- Determine clubs’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

- Develop and update our database of clubs

- Day to day contact with existing clubs on contract

- Execute the strategy in cooperation with the partner brands and Teamsales Lead

- Use your network as well as the Norwegian Football Federation to grow the awareness of Unisport Teamsales


We expect you to have knowledge in the Norwegian Teamsales market with some years of experience, but also be a quick learner to adapt our digital mindset. We will make the necessary resources available to grow and make sure to have the right tools to gain market share. We will invest in your passion, trust you to make the right decisions, and back you up to give you the measures you need to succeed.

However, we have some formalities listed below.

- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

- Minimum 2 years hands on experience with Teamsales in Norway

- Previous experience with negotiation contracts, and marketeer abilities

- Preferably Marketing education and minimum a solid experience in sales

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English

- Passion for football is always a plus joining a company like Unisport

- Solid understanding of contract negotiation and structure
